ReplyDeleteI would bake a cake using some of our beetroot which is about the only thing that has grown in abundance this year :) I've never used beetroot in a cake before but there are some fab recipes out there.

ReplyDeleteI'm an American living in England and I brought measuring cups with me when I moved here. Love these though! One of my favorite chocolate chip cookie recipes calls for ingredients in very simple cup measurements - 1 cup of brown sugar, 1 cup of white sugar, 3 cups flour, etc.
